Our certified translations are prepared to meet USCIS translation standards. We carefully format each translation with the required certification statement and translator information for immigration use.
Because USCIS policies and document requirements may change, we make every effort to keep our translation process current. If we complete a translation for you and USCIS later changes its translation requirements, we will reissue the translation at no additional charge.

The turnaround time for 1-3 pages is typically 24 hours or less. Our turnaround time varies on the length of the file and the language pair, but we generate an estimate on checkout. We offer an expedited service for additional cost.
Yes, for an additional fee. This is an add-on to our standard certified translation. Our default notary is from the State of Michigan, Oakland County and notarizes our business owner's signature, not the translator's.
We currently provide professional translation services between English and Spanish. Our translators are selected based on proven language ability, relevant education, training, and practical translation experience.
